In this video, I'm going to show you how you can find the nearest domain controller (or logon server) your computer or user authenticated to.

Commands used to find the nearest domian controller.

1. set log
2. systeminfo | find /i "logon server"
3. echo %logonserver%
4. $en:LOGONSERVER
5. gpresult /r
6. nltest /DSGETDC:domain-name

Hello, last time I have created one dc in our old location, unfortunately, we can't retrieve it now, so I have created exactly same new dc, how can I retrieve all the user's computer information to new server 2022. Thanks.
