I explored one of Chicagos' famous abandoned hospital, Edgewater. It shut down in the late 1990s, because of medical fraud. It's expected to be demolished in a couple of months.

I lived three blocks away on Paulina Street. Spent many nights in the ER at Edgewater. So many memories. They finally tore it down today.
So many places still stand to this day. M & D's Liquors is just across the street from Edgewater Hospital. That Spanish Panadería has been there since I was like in highschool back in the 1990's.

Born Here in ‘82. Parents took me on a tour of it in the early ‘90’s to show me the Hyperbaric Chamber that saved my Dad’s life in the late 70’s or early 80’s before I was born. That’s where he met his doctor, Dr. Gupta. So crazy to see it like this..Thanks for the video!
