As an employer you can only do so much… it is and will always be up to the employee how to act; therefore motivation can be looked at in multiple different ways. What I personally use is a big poule where nobody is irreplaceable. Profit first! 7:37 shows an excellent example. Great video and great insights!

I am struggling to get employees to just do the basics. They feel that that they are over worked, but to be honest, they are not. I don't know how to get the team to understand that we all need to do the basics and a bit more. I get push back from almost everyone. HELP...
