Jennifer Lopez slammed for being curt in viral Met Gala 2024 video: 'She seems like a bundle of joy'

Jennifer Lopez has come under a barrage of criticism for her seemingly brusque behavior at Monday’s Met Gala.

In a TikTok video that has since gone viral on social media, USA Today reporter Anika Reed asked the “I’m Real” singer, “Who are you wearing tonight?” as she was making her way up the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s grand staircase.

Lopez, 54, briefly looked in Reed’s direction, simply responding, “Schiaparelli,” before breaking eye contact and continuing her way up the stairs with help from an assistant.

I don't see a woman being curt or dismissive. I see a woman wearing a tight dress and heels trying to make it up the stairs. Several attendees had issues going up the stairs for the same reason. The Met should install a ramp next year.

Not even a fan of JLO but jeez people really do blow things out of proportion, when I was hearing people say she was rude at the met this was not what I was expecting. The woman is in in the middle of trying to get up those stairs in a tight dress and heels, probably trying not to fall in front of all those people and cameras 😂

Social Media always blows things up but what is really kind of insane is that she can barely walk up the stairs. lol.

She's very rude to personnel too. In one incident she kept the whole crew of a flight from US (I don't remember the city) to Dubai for 1.5 hours after arrival because she was keep changing clothes inside her first class cabin. She also refused to talk to the personnel directly throughout the whole flight and she didn't even make eye contact. She is very obnoxious
