After 3 stacks if you are melee the next one stacks you up to 6 ;)

I'm thinking ROA > Nashor's > Gunblade > Situational Tank items will be best for de-re-worked Fizz.
ROA for the raw stats - Fizz needs the mana. Health helps stay in combat longer. AP for damage
Nashor's is on-hit Fizz's main damage item.
Gunblade for the slow & added sustain. less backing = more carrying.

From there, tank items probably mean more than additional damage since you need to stay in melee range to continue autoing, and will die in team fights without defense stats. Spirit Visage combos well with Gunblade, and Deadmans can compensate for Fizz's low movement speed.

so for anyone watching this, i have a build more OP then anything you've ever played. go dark harvest fizz jungle. build runic echoes, lich bane, hextech gunblade, rabadons, and zhonya. selling boots is also not a bad idea just make sure you get nashors. build rabadons earlier if your getting fed. this is really good for carrying ranked games

They reworked the rageblade: If you're melee the next hit after you get 3 stacks will bring you directly at 6 (max stacks) so you need only 4 auto instead of 6
