Meet the Digital Citizens is a six-part video series featuring our digital citizenship characters: Arms, Heart, Guts, Feet, Legs, and Head! These six characters are part of our K-2 lesson plans, and each represents a topic from our curriculum.

This introductory digital citizenship lesson introduces students to Arms, one of our six Digital Citizen characters! In this quick, video-based lesson, Arms explores the meaning of media balance and shares why it's important to balance our time online so that we have time to do all that we love!
