Weird, in Canada the climate loonies are pushing hard for everyone to trash their gas furnace and switch to a heat pump. For those unaware, heat pumps do both heating and air conditioning. So basically they are pushing for everyone to have a really expensive air conditioner but not use it. Make that make sense please.

I was born in the 50s and grew up without air conditioning, dish washer and clothes dryer. God bless whomever invented them. Not having them is not going to stop the living earth from all its changes . No air conditioning will however kill me with my heart and lung problems and I can think of better ways to die.
