Peterbot has already said that it doesn't configure anything other than the game, it doesn't optimize the PC or anything, just Fortnite.

I use a razor viper v3 pro and I have the option to use 8k pooling rate but I use 2k

Why doesn't he play stretched res in full screen mode with lower latency? It works in full screen mode without windowed mode, that's what I do. You just have to adjust a few things.
