I worked with a reservist once, who was in the process of training on these. He Was thrilled to be working on the latest technology. I told him I'd heard of these vehicles, and he was like "how... they're still classified!" Pity they were already call over the Internet!!!

The 8 tube rocket launcher fit perfectly in the back of a pick up truck. Pretty neat.

My stepdad was 22 years in the US army I got to ride in the M270 as a kid. Pretty sure HIMARS wasn't invented yet

I mean it's pretty easy to find when it fires there is a reason why we Germans call it "Nebelwerfer" (fog/smoke thrower) you can see quite good from where it fires because of the large amount of smoke

kinda useless just to fire 6 and takes the whole day to find a rocket station
