Note that BOO does not charge premium customers for returns. Premium costs £12.99 a YEAR, In my view they have turned this into a mechanism for brand loyalty.

SOS. Next allow them to choose the products on their website - up to ALL of their products. They allow SOS to include the backgrounds in the photos (no background in the others). More importantly, they can operate build and test through the Next website. Note that SOS operates with an inventory (a tribute to the founders expertise) which gave them significant immunity from the logistics problems.
