Strawberry-Balsamic Mascarpone Cream
8 oz. Mascarpone cheese, softened
1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
¼ cup whole milk
1-1/2 teaspoon The Olive Tap® Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Dash of salt
Whip the Mascarpone, confectioner’s sugar, milk and salt together until fluffy. Add the strawberry balsamic until combined. Chill and serve with strawberries.
