A president is still a US citizen, and should not have the power to dismiss a criminal case against himself. The laws should be changed because this is not a monarchy or a tyranny, and nobody should be above the law.

The big story here is that our justice system has failed to hold DT accountable in a reasonable amount of time. His name should not even be on the ballot.

If anyone is still sitting on the fence about this election, they are lost.

It was released 30 days before the election because you filed so many delays - otherwise we would have seen it way before now. This trial should be televised; the American people deserve to see it. Vote blue.

When this case moves forward it should be broadcast to the nation and world so they can't spin it. Show the people.

Case should go forward regardless of the election outcome. America doesn't want to be ruled by oligarchs/mad kings.

We need a new law. If you choose to run for President of the United States and you have pending criminal charges against you, you need to agree to an expedited trial that must come to a decision before you are ever selected to be the final party candidate. One is not forced to run for office, it is a choice. And if that is something you want to do, as a criminal... the people need to insist that this person is cleared of all charges before his name is printed on the ballot. It should really be that simple.

Trump shouldn’t be allowed on any ballot anyways. He should’ve been disqualified. I can’t wait to get past this era and stop seeing and hearing his name everyday.

Laws need to change

If you're convicted of crimes, you're disqualified from political office and you go to prison

What is it? If it were anyone else they would be in jail. Why does he get all these passes?

October surprise? This case was filed over a year ago….anyone who thinks it is a surprise hasn’t been paying attention.

The only reason it is an October surprise is that Trump delayed it so it would be

The simplest solution to keep evidence on your indictment from going public during an election is to not do those things in the first place

Kasich deflects a direct question. Another Trump enabler?

He should've been in prison a long time ago along with his crooked conspiracy.
