Making Slow Stitched Hearts Using Vintage Fabrics

I've been enjoying making little fabric hearts recently.

Some of them have been made using tiny pieces of vintage fabric to create a collage, then appliqued to the front with stitch.

Others were made using the embroidered patterns already on the fabric as a starting point to initiate how and where I was to stitch, as shown in this video.

There are currently six hearts in total, and all stitched with mindfulness and wellbeing in mind.
