All I will be consuming for the next 72-hours of meals will be bottles of Soylent 2.0 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will not consume any other food or nutritional supplement during the 72 challenge in order to test the effects of Soylent over multiple days. This video documents Day 3 in addition to some more information regarding some of the new videos I am actively working on. Enjoy!

It is so good to actually see someone else do this. I feel like I am the only one in my area.

After two years you must still be detoxing.

I’m trying something similar. Started today. I’m doing an ensure three day “fast”.

Four or five ensure a day. I am almost done with day one and I remembered you did this with soylent. Your feelings/ emotions are spot on with what I’m feeling.

rock and roll TUP. I have to say you're a better man than me, because there's no way I would drink that! and what did you say about the estrogen? I hope you don't start growing Moobs after this challenge.
always a pleasure to watch.

You're much more disciplined than I am.  I don't think that I could do one of the challenges that you do.

That breakfast looks good, and a great review of soylent. I've been wanting to try it for years but I live outside the US, so I can't!

The per bottle price really isn't that much, compared to what most people spend on full meals (which is usually 2-3 times that much). But I'd definitely want to add a little sweetener in it to change it up.
I think if you were to have this in your preps, you might want to use this as a breakfast and then maybe eat a small lunch and then a regular dinner. Or eat it for lunch and breakfast and then just eat a solid food dinner. Or something. What I'm thinking is it's a good way to ration your regular food items and for 'on the go' meals.
Baby Prepper is too stinkin' cute!
That looked like a good breakfast!
It seems like this is the smoothest challenge you've had so far!

The look on your face when you took that first bite of apple spoke volumnes. Good challenge. ATB H.A.

Maybe if you add a little vanilla flavoring it will taste better. Only a one year shelf life is a negative for long term prepping too.

I love soylent. I've been drinking it over a year. The bars are great too. I haven't had any issues. I was surprised you only had 3 a day though. Also, if you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't be eating so late. Have you tried coffiest? It tastes great, but more expensive. Thanks for the videos.

Loved the videos.... But that final solid meal depressed me so much 😄

after watching these videos I decided to try it out and it's not bad and pretty filling. you mention several times about adding some kind of flavor to it. what I do is throw in a scoop of whey. so far the cookies and cream flavor mixed in is my favorite.

That's a good question. Do you have a grid down solution for refrigeration?

Since I am drinking 3-5 of those for 3 years now I am pretty sure you can do it forever. I do have a minifridge right by my bed in cse I get hungry. Coz like you said, they're best cold.

Hi TUP: did you have to change your daily routines while completing the challenge? Did you do any training like going for 5 mile walk carrying a full pack? Thanks for doing the challenge.

you said with choclate it would be doable, with cereals too ? ( consistency, also taste wise.... ? )

I noticed in some of the comments about such a short shelf life. Is it possible that a powdered version could withstand many months/years on the shelf to be reconstituted in an emergency situation?
Seems like a better alternative plus you only mix what you'd need or want for a given period of time.
