Trust me, the onboarding experience is so important. In my view the worst churn a SaaS can experience is customers that haven't even gotten to experience the product due to an inefficient onboarding experience. Make it super simple for persons to get a result and that will be a great first impression. Thanks Dan, awesome value as usual!!!

Hey Dan, my software idea is kind of a one-time service (although some people may re-order in the future). Would you recommend that kind of model? I'm not sure how sustainable it is not to charge monthy. On the other hand, I don't have to do that much, as the pipeline can be fully automated. Otherwise, I think I could find a way to add value to the extend that a monthy subscription would be worth it for the customers. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you!
