I was there at field level, saw it happen and I still can't believe it. What a rush of emotions. So fun to be there in the middle of the crowd going crazy. I sure did lose and freaked out. Wow.

What a clutch performance from BYU after looking uninspired for the most part but still playing good enough to keep the game close for them to win at the end. BYU is always a fun team to watch even though I’ve never been a fan of theirs. Their uniforms are always some of my favorite even though they’re somewhat basic, both the royal blue and dark blue. Hard to beat the setting of playing in the shadows of the Wasatch Mountains overlooking Provo as well.

Also great game from Oklahoma State, that’s probably the best they’ve looked all season considering the quality of BYU versus the quality of Tulsa and South Dakota State, which is an incredible team at the FCS level but still not as resourced as Oklahoma State. OkSt really should’ve lost the Arkansas game but Arkansas had a monumental collapse after halftime. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pokes don’t win another game this season but this game also showed they might have a little more fight left in them this season. We’ll see if this was just a fluke game from them or not.

All around a fun game for a late Friday night matchup.
