Why are Lego restaurants so gosh darn perfect?? Like, there's a level of excitement to THIS specific combination, that... I just can't explain. My little sister and I played out this whole restaurant idea for YEARS on end as kids, and they're some of the best memories of my childhood. And that love for Lego restaurants just hasn't gone down, and I can't explain why XD

I would be more enthused if the modular was primarily a pizzeria and not a jazz club with the pizzeria being just the ground floor.
With it being the other way around, I'll reserve judgement for when I see the façade of the building.

I agree with you on the 90's pizzeria set. There's something unbelievably charming about that old set.

My first and only pizzeria is the pizza to go from 1994. I really wanted a New pizzeria which was bigger. The city one never did it to me, I wanted a modular, and hearing this and the release date is making me happy.

I would absolutely love this, but similar to the police station, this has a lot of similarities to a fan model. Peedeejay put out a modular pizza parlor on rebrickable that is also dark red, and has a jazzclub second story, a bit too coincidental IMO but we'll see.

I just wanna point out that the "strip club" rumor turns out to be somewhat legit: Jazz clubs and strip clubs were very often the same thing, back then when black musicians werent able to perform elseform coz of racism.

Welp, so much for the Bookshop being the only modular I'd like for a long time. It's only been 2 years since that. If I can't have the Jazz Quartet, I'd want this for sure.

A modular Pizzeria sounds awesome! I actually built a custom one for my street a few years back, but I look forward to seeing what Lego does, the Jazz club could also be very unique. I can't wait to see photos. Knowing Lego, they'll probably send this set to somebody by accident and that will be the reveal. Can't wait!

The recent lineup of modulars has been kinda ehh generic for me but the Boutique Hotel was 10/10 and this concept sounds amazing as well. Just please, no more plain boxy 2.5 story buildings… considering these things are meant to just sit on a shelf 99% of the time I’d prefer a focus on size and presence over super-detailed interiors that you’ll almost never see.
