I keep hearing people say the Court will not “save us” and that there is no “magic pill” when referring to the Court applying the law. _We can’t count on the Court applying the law_ ?!? We aren’t counting on a fairy godmother! Just apply the *law* !

Conway couldn’t be more right. The Court made up an “off ramp, ” to hold that states can’t enforce section 3 unless there is enabling congressional legislation. That is not the law. Section 5, on its face, does not preempt the states. And the established rule of constitutional law has always been that unless there is congressional preemptive legislation, States have the power to enforce the U.S. Constitution pursuant to state law.

Vote blue 💙 so we can take back the House and add multiple democratic senator's in the Senate. This will allow new laws so as not to depend on the corrupt Supreme Court and add seats.

I encourage all Americans to not allow Donald Trump onto the ballots in the states. I encourage my friends to not follow the Supreme Court into absurdity, and instead reject all their recent rulings! The writers of our constitution were perfectly clear when they stated that insurrectionists shall not be allowed to run for any political office after breaking their oath!

How can a president run in some states, but be taken off the ballot in others? That wouldn't work. That's why it should be all or none. That's why this should've been decided prior to the campaign—before a president announces to the public that they are running for office. When a person decides to run for president, that person must meet all the criteria laid out in the constitution. This should not be a state-by-state decision—it needs to be a federal decision.
