Loving (doing do towards) the person who traumatised you, broke you... It changes who you are. It can be hard to do that while still holding onto the idea that you matter as a person, that what was violated actually mattered.

What is the most evil sin, the most evil enemy you can forgive and embrace? That's a chilling question. Look at Hamas as a starting point. I don't know how to make it make sense without hoping that there is a fair and generous judge presiding over all things.

I agree 100% I've been thinking a lot about leaving my job because it's getting too hard for me my client is an elderly woman I've been with her a year and watch her Decline and it's getting harder for me to take care of her so instead of moving on I'm trying to stick it out to see what God has in store for me I will be stronger and more patient

I’d say that depends on who your worst enemy is. If they are dysfunctional, broken or have a mental or personality disorder like a large proportion of our general population seem to well I’m sure this theory wouldn’t workout very well for most people.

Jesus, i didn't realize how badly Peterson's health was effecting him until i watched an older video of him recently. I knew he had some serious issues, but actually seeing it is pretty staggering. If you were to tell me that the guy i saw in those old videos was actually his oldest brother John Peterson (just throwing a name out), id have no reason not to believe it. I'm glad for him.
