I was a lardass when I stsrted boxing a year ago, had zero physical condition or stamina, i lost 25 KG so far, right now I can run a couple of KM, jump the rope 4 rounds, shadow box for 2 or 3 rou ds and spar 4-5 rounds, and keep going.

Oh yeah, might I suggest places around the world that are incredibly good for sparring?

You could go for Thailand, which is relatively cheap, boiling like all hell, and has really nice food.
Or Malaysia (my parent's country!) which is generally the same

hey I'm gonna start boxing soon probably for a year hopefully then go on to kickboxing I have no experience any tips?
