I've been looking for an IT support for 9.5 months after being let go from my job. I've applied to plenty of jobs and have had interviews (not enough). Something really needs to change soon! This is irritating!

The job market is down. Indeed’s stats show a decrease in job postings and that doesn’t factor in the ghost postings which can be as high as 30%-40% of the total job postings. If job postings are down, and at least a third of those postings will result in zero hires, it’s a brutal job market.
