Go to the folder right click the launcher of the fortnite game and properties then compatibility troubleshoot it definitely fixes the problem

fun fact the png file that says splash screen at 0:33 if you remove it it will make fortnite launch up faster since the lan no splash code stopped working

Imma just comment what worked for me since I haven’t seen it anywhere else.

I went into the Fortnite settings and reset the settings. My keybinds and such were still there, but I was able to run two games without any crashing.

I dont have multithreaded rendering in my game settings, it only has bAllowDownloadHighResMips=False, bAllowLowPowerMode=False
bAllowVideoPlayback=True and bAllowFullGameDownload=False
bAllowCellularDownload=False.

I can play Apex Legends on Steam and Rocket League on Epic, but Fortnite always crashes on launch :( the only way i can play with my friends is if i boot it up on nintendo switch :(((
