I would recommend using these with long springs or even double stage springs to avoid them feeling sluggish. Using slightly heavier and longer springs will likely make them feel just as snappy as your regular ABS or PBT keycaps.

love the video... sooo aesthetic
just one thing - it would have been nice to see any plastic keycaps you had lying around compared to the metal ones

I've tried a bunch of keyboard combinations now, and I have decided I like a brighter, creamier, more marbly sound vs. the thockiest thing I can find. Not that this doesn't sound amazing. I guess we each have our own preferences.

do you need a heavier switch for the space bar due to the heaviness?

I love the thock of the keycap but it looks too glossy

Cupronickel is likely a scientific-type word, so probably pronounced cupro-nickel

Thanks for the sound test, but I don't see the point. It sounded like foam. At least remove that so we can tell what the keycaps sound like since people don't have an idea of what this metal + foam sounds like to be able to filter the foam out. At least we know it sounds pretty good with foam, but so do any keycaps really, if the foam sound is good anyway

I can't stand that metallic penny noise… it's ok on the mods, and the keycaps only showed it on a few keys, which is good, but that spacebar… oh no

Nice vid mate
