In today’s post, I’m diving deep into PL/SQL blocks—one of the most essential concepts for anyone looking to excel in SQL. Did you know that there are two main types of PL/SQL blocks? Anonymous and Named blocks, each structured into three vital sections:

1️⃣ Declaration Section: This is where it all begins. You define your variables, constants, and other PL/SQL identifiers with the keyword ‘DECLARE’.

2️⃣ Execution Section: The core of your PL/SQL block. This is where the magic happens—where your executable code runs, from manipulating variables to executing SQL commands. It starts with ‘BEGIN’ and wraps up with ‘END’.
