EXPO REAL 2017 - The industry is very successful

The real estate industry is very, very good at the moment. There is a lot of money in the market, the interest rates are low and as long as that is the case, it will certainly carry on like that. But of course, many people remember the year 2008. There are some risks. How will things pan out in North Korea, what about the protectionist policy in the US? What will happen in Spain? A very topical subject. All this and Brexit, can, of course, impact the real estate market very quickly. That’s why we have created a lot of opportunities within the framework program, to exchange ideas about it and to invite prominent speakers. Among others, Professor Stiglitz, the Nobel laureate in economics from the USA, Professor Fuest, the head of the ifo-Institute, who will discuss these issues and thus will also provide a platform to exchange ideas about it.
