I’m voting no on the reverse split, if management wants the share price to go up, they need to lead the company to producing a profitable product.

I still have faith but it's difficult, holding since 2021 and I do believe this is a long term investment. It's just very scary to see whether they will make it, considering virgin orbit went bankrupt...

I am worried that the stock price will fall below one dollar and there will be a big reverse split. I wish they would partner with another company who could help fund them and share in future profits. I wish Sir Richard Branson would loan them some heavy money so there is not a chance they could run out of money before they start flying again. SPCE has the technology to be successful and I really think they will be doing great things in a few years. Dilution or reverse stock splits are going to weaken my position and hurt my cost basis.
