1:55 that pork need more cooking time. It is not soft enough. I usually put that pork knuckle in pressure cooker and slow cook for few more hours .

Nice coverage. This is the kind of thing you might want to eat at home because it’s messy and it’s hard to get everything off the bone cleanly.
