I truly enjoy these videos. Perfect length, informative, inspiring and calming. It makes me want to go out photographing woodland scenes. Thank you for taking the time to make these!

I hear you when you say it’s not your favorite thing or not your priority, but thank you for getting out the drone in an old growth forest again! This video makes me so happy! My favorite photographer in my favorite environment, discovering new scenes and talking us through it all…made my day!

14:26 I am pretty sure I took the same image back in 2022. Those groves in Carmanah are amazingly beautiful. I would love to go back one day with more time. But for now I am enjoying seeing you work in the forest! Thanks for yet another great image!

I love this time of year in the mountains when all of the vegetation has turned green and before the heat and bugs of summer have gotten to it. When the sun shines everything has an emerald glow. I'm like you in that I prefer doing photography rather than video. But, your videos, as well as photography, are excellent.

That video at 5:45 with the light and fog was amazing.

Another great video Adam. I do feel that some youtubers focus a lot on b-roll. Fracly... it does not add that much to the content. It is nice to see and it adds to the production value, but in the end it must be a pain to setup a tripod, pass by, go back, take the tripod, set it uf somewhere else, pass by again... I would not have the patience or the motivation to do it. In the end what makes your content great is the photography part of it, and the educational value to put into it. Sharing the though behind the composition, showing the before and after edit that is truly unique, its all that matters. Its great to have some context video, but if you skipped the b-roll part where you are just walking by that I bet consumes quite a bit of your time, we would still be here enjoying your content. Cheers.

Nice one Adam, love the first 2 pics in the woods. Glad I'm not the only one having to make the occasional sensible decision when walking one way, and still having to get back to the car.👍

I understand your point of photos over b roll, but they make the video flow. Love the drone footage, great video.

Hi Adam and thanks for another great video. I am a keen photographer with no interest in video production, but your video footage first got my attention. Now I watch for the photography content. I love the video footage but I’m guessing there is a lot of work involved. I think it might be a good way to attract more attention to your channel, but that’s only a guess. Thanks again for all of your content 😊

beautiful work! that pano at 14:27 is awesome. such a stunning scene. and good call with the Jackery! I have one of them myself and it's great for heading out car camping / photo tripping and knowing that batteries can always be charged overnight.

I know its a lot of work but the drone footage can really make a mood and set the scene in the forest I find. Great little photo adventure video, really liked it. Cheers.

I’ve just recently discovered your channel. Your work is impressive and inspiring. Appreciate your style and teaching. From the foliage, looks like I was there a week or so before you. It is a magical place, nourishment for the soul. Never tire of visiting.and (trying) to capture that atmosphere in a photograph.

i love the way you fly your drone between the trees. If I were to try that I would probably crash into a tree or even worse myself

I like the story telling aspect with the b-roll. People think it’s easy, but to do it well takes a lot of time, skill and creativity. I see it and appreciate it, but not at the expense of your enjoyment of the photography. Guess there is a balance somewhere.
