My favorite launcher is Microsoft Launcher. From what I recall, Nova Launcher was good as well. I like Microsoft Launcher because it changes the wallpaper daily.

Nova Search feature is what makes all the difference for me. I am even ready to switch back to button navigation.

MS and Nova are outstanding. Used MS for years, then fancied a change and tried a few others before settling on Nova.

Used Nova about a year and love the depth of customisation offered.
Playing with MS again now, still very smooth, but just a few areas where it's less convenient than Nova.

Killer feature for MS is the swipe-up dock with 1/2 more rows. Worst thing is the forced inclusion of bing/AI copilot in the app drawer search bar. No option to remove or change it from bing to something like Sesame 😢. Nova's app drawer also offers more flexibility than MS.

So, current judgement (personal opinion): Nova just takes the crown, but it still has a big weakness, if only it could offer the same expandable dock as MS Launcher.
