Mushroom Mousse Bruschetta with fresh mint

Recipe
* 500 g of mushrooms
* 1 small carrot
* 1 large onion
* 1/4 cup of toasted sunflower seeds
* 4-5 garlic cloves
* Salt and pepper to taste
* About 2 tbsp of oil for sautéing
* Bread of your choice
* Fresh mint garnish (optional)
* Hot pepper flakes garnish (optional)
Heat up some oil and start with sautéing onions until golden on edges .Add carrots and mushrooms ,add salt and pepper to taste .Sauté everything until tender and slightly golden (about 10 minutes).Place cooked veggies to a blender add fresh garlic and toasted sunflower seeds.Blend until mousy texture.Toast your favorite bread ,spread the mousse over it,garnish it with fresh mint and hot chili flakes.Enjoy!
