The easy option is just change your country in settings > tap your name on the top, , > media and purchases and click view account, , , and change your country/ region, , you will lose all your subscriptions, ,

Mine don’t have the fourth option there’s no subscription listed under my profile on apple 12 !!! I hate this phone they got long lists of apps showing that I deleted long ago n didn’t want or pay for I deleted but they won’t let me delete my bank card number for gods sake

My subscriptions option is not appearing under my profile cuz iCloud won’t let me sign in it popped up once but there was no option to unsubscribe idk how to find n delete it now I hate iphone
