Nifi: how to extract attributes from text and route on those attributes

i want to store the message into two seperate file .If Sensor_value is greater than 51 it must store in one file and if it is less than 50 it must store in other file .what must be replacement value and regular expression
i am sending these 2 type of data's
1.{"Sensor_id":"1.4", "locationIP":"1.2", "Sensor_value":"10"}
2.{"Sensor_id":"1.4", "locationIP":"1.2", "Sensor_value":"52"}
