at 15:35, why do we find vR to find dvR(0+)/dt? cannot we just plug in vR(0+) = 4V and find dvR(0+)/dt?

Thanks sir but I don't got why iL =0
I think ic=0 and il we use kcl
il=3*2/(2+4) = 1

on 6:25, why we didnt include iL(0-) in the equation when using KVL?
