I know this is strange but have always felt deeply connected to the USA. Everything about it. I love visiting for holidays. I know I will never get to live there permanently but still feel patriotic (weirdly) to the USA. My family and husband are here. I’m Australian and my values don’t align with Australia. There are others here also fighting for freedom but most Australians let our Government do whatever they want. Keep your freedom USA, it’s a really beautiful thing. American in my ❤️. Anyone can 'just pick up and leave'. Even if they're living paycheck to paycheck. They can just take that last paycheck, NOT pay bills, and use the money to get the heck out of Dodge.
The problem lies with WHERE are you going to escape to? And even if you have a great place selected, what are you going to do to support your family once you get there? And when the tax man cometh, what are you prepared to do to deal with that?
Bugging out is not a simple thing. You must put serious thought into it, make a good plan, and execute it.
Keep your powder dry, your head on a swivel, and stay safe.
