I figured out how Molossia could make it from 16-20 to 14-12. It's just: Make a group of soldiers, make that group defeat a single soldier or a smaller group, and make every group do that. Some small groups will merge with others to make a stronger group. Then easily turn it into 14-0. But then, 15 reinforcements would come.
