Many people think you sit and watch the money roll in. They don't see it roll out in fire insurance, maintenance and repair, your time and on and on. if you're bringing in that much that soon you're doing well. my husband and I bought a fourplex, actually two twoplexes, one of which had no roof, and it took 4 years of side jobbing it to have all 4 units up and rented.

Being able to make 7 grand a month is a freakin dream for most people even if you account for taxes and stuff thats still an absolute dream. Some people are struggling with very little to no income at all.
