“No more walking for the next six months” sounds like an Italian mob boss threatening to break your knee caps lol

"if you can do this, your back is pain-free and healthy, stay flexy" David casually rhyming, Eminem has got a new opponent

A hopeful video. Thought being asthmatic is already a done deal limiting condition to be more fit and healthier
Thanks David

Glad your doing better as well 😊

Asthmatic here too! When I was in middle school I thought running was out of reach, it took me 15 minutes to "run" (mostly walk) the mile while other kids were doing it in 7-8. As an adult I tried running again and eventually got to running a 5:20 mile with a ton of patience and gradual training. I still have asthma to this day but I manage it and it hasn't held me back from my cardio goals!

Being diagnosed with asthma truly fucked with my perception of what i can and can't do. Before diagnosis I was a cross country runner, then after diagnosis I was told to be careful and lost all my cardiovascular fitness
It's nice to see someone with asthma doing stuff like this, makes me feel like i shouldn't have given up on cardio so easily. I'd love to see a video on the breathing exercises

Whenever I run I can't help but crack a smile, there are times I think I can go even faster.

I appreciate that he usually tacks on a “probably” when talking about certain things. Like the backbend. I can do it. I can do it well. But my back and neck are very much not healthy. I can do a split but i cant touch my toes. Thank you, joint disability

I'm looking at this short think about where I'm am now. Stiff as a board and unfit. I'm inspired until i think about the work it will take. For the sake of my future self ... i must think baby steps.
Thanks for these you are inspiring. ❤

I fall with style, if and when I do fall... and avoid injury... may seem easy but it takes awareness and quick thinking.

Now that I know you have asthma, I believe I can do anything I can now. I have such sever asthma I have to take an inhaler every morning when I wake up, and before I go to sleep. Even just going up more then 3 flights of stairs makes me wheeze, and I need to use my nebulizer every week on Sunday and Wednesday. But hearing how you are able to do this WITH asthma, is amazing to me. You truly are an inspiration.

The ability to breathe is definitely a skill. I’ve done a lot of singing in my life, and when I sing deliberately and with good technique every day, my diaphragm gets so strong. Breathing out through your belly and doing a slow, controlled exhale is a great way to build up that strength.

I always wanted to exercise my self, but not to be a mountain of muscles, but instead, to be able to be flexible, so your content is really convenient
