a project called "Naked House," designed by penta arquitectura in Lambaré, Paraguay. The house is situated on an 8 x 21 meter plot and is designed to provide a sense of spaciousness on the ground floor and maximum privacy on the upper floor. The building structure is flexible and adaptable, with the ground floor made of metal and the upper floor made of exposed concrete. The upper floor is suspended with diagonal tensioners to create shade.

The house covers 150 square meters and is designed for a couple and their pets, including an open social area, a master bedroom, a study, and a guest bedroom. The design maximizes natural light and ventilation. The upper floor blocks feature a zenith opening for ventilation, and the blind walls use pre-molded blocks that enhance thermal inertia.

Focusing on material efficiency, the design avoids additional coatings except in humid areas. External facilities and fixed wooden veneer furniture retain natural textures. With a cost per square meter below average, this system is accessible to a variety of users, including couples, single parents, housemates, home workers, and people with pets.

Very beautiful project.
This is like seeing nature without and makeup.
No pretence no attempt to present what-it-is-not.
Very inspiring project, will definitely influence us in our designs

Tal cómo me gustan, sin maquillaje ni intentos de tapar las imperfecciones propias en la
Naturalidad del material… espacios muy bien diseñados, bella obra!

I've seen these types of homes in Mexico.

Thanks for the video.First, this is very nice home. I do appreciate the brutalist attempt in usage of raw materials, but I struggle with some of contrast in the rawness of the interior block work (sloppy mortar) and the refinement of the metal and cabling and smooth wood veneers. This might have been the designers intent, but does not work for me as if gives me the feel of an unfinished work as opposed to a style.

Esta casa tiene potencial, gran equivocación dejarla desnuda parece que no alcanzo el presupuesto! 😢

This house has more merit than most so called “modern” houses I see being sold. This is I think architecture moving forward in the Philippines. Most modern houses I see in videos done in the Philippines limits architecture to nothing more than a facade and the interior spaces are poorly done. Ones quality of living is improved by the quality of spaces they inhabit. For the longest time professionals has been so obsessed with how a house looks on the outside which has very little impact on improving the lives of the user.
