This commercial reminds me so much of my mom. Just like the ad, she ALWAYS told me to take care of my body and fight for it. Unfortunately, her body got sick but she fought so extremely hard until the end.
Love yourself, take care of yourself, and never give up.

Just watched this commercial for the first time. This is spot on! I see so many unhealthy behaviors and obesity in this country that it makes me sick. I was a scrawny teenager and a bit on the short side. But I made the CHOICE to be healthy and I’m sixty years old and have run six marathons and over a hundred half marathons. Get off your butts and get moving!

As many have noted fantastic commercial! At 70 years of age I sometimes get frustrated with health and aging issues as I train throughout the week. But this ad is great as it reminds you to be thankful for what you have (one body) and keep fighting like hell to be the best you can be!
