"It's very important to me that people get a chance to really understand what Yoko's music is all about. My hope for the people who hear this music for the first time is that their idea of Yoko Ono is completely flipped upside down. I’m also beyond grateful to all the artists who contributed songs to this project.” - Ben

Noone can break up anyone. We all have to take responsibility for our own actions. When the Beatles broke up...it's because they allowed themselves to part ways.

Also, read her poetry book “Grapefruit” if you haven’t!

I have loved Yoko's music since....Plastic Ono band when I was, gulp, a teenager. I like the more pop stuff, Approximately Infinite Universe, and love the more challenging work, like the sessions with Sean, Rising.

She's one of those artists like William Blake who cannot be categorized. That's genius.

Her work defends itself.

Yoko is actually really cool. I can’t stand seeing negative comments about her.

George Harrison said Yoko did not break up Beatles. They went their separate ways.

I believe she did not break up the Beatles, but I do believe she wanted to be remembered. She wanted her Art and music to survive time. So instead of trying to make her place, she attached herself to John to make sure her name would not fade away over time. .

I'm saddened that Listen The Snow is Falling that beutiful composition has been recorded and mutated by Stephen Merritt., but joyus that Who Has Seen The Wind? been lovingly covered by David Byrne and Yo La Tengo.

''She was the most sort of hated woman in mus for a while, ... Obviously as an Asian woman I sided with her...'' lmao

I’m like nearly all Beatles fan, who _ironically, somehow_ don’t speak up and plainly explain: we don’t hate her, she merely has no talent.
