Let's flood a cookie | Cookie decorating 101 | #Shorts

In this quick cookie decorating tutorial, I'll show you how easy it is to flood a cookie and add a simple wet-on-wet design. I use a slightly stiffer flood consistency for my icing which gives a great puffy look and also gives you more time to work with it.

For this you will need:

Flood consistency royal icing
Tipless bag
Scribe tool (or toothpick)
Turntable (optional)
