I'm looking forward to seeing PCIe 3.0 and DDR4 compatible chipsets for AMD CPUs: until then, I'm gonna put the idea of making a new computer in hold and keep using my 5 years old one...
The oddest part is that chipsets for AMD APUs (which already integrate some ATI GPUs) are PCIe 3.0 compatible, while chipsets for pure CPUs are not...

You appear like someone that cares about his PC and knows his stuff. Please please please please please- make AMD fix multi-monitor and video playback power usage.

There is 0 reasons to upclock GPU to 3d clocks just because a 240p YouTube video is playing. Just as there is 0 reasons to upclock when the 2nd monitor is connected. Nvidia fixed it via drivers to all their dx11 GPUs. With you help, maybe AMD can do the same now.

His setup= an fx-8350 @5.2ghz daily 24hrs. without bottlenecking THAT BEAST(GPU). Epic. as well as nice. for intel lover's(all those fanboys as well the websites that support intel etc etc) nothing to say much :D ....
