Meeting people and exploring together in Altspace VR was my most recent experience of AWE. Playing holographic Cards Against Humanity, lifesize chess, exploring people's photogrammetry homes, going "world-hopping" to dream like environments by opening up portals for eachother, competing on a gameshow, attending a VR yoga class in a large treehouse...
this results in an existential crisis: not being sure what to consider most real after spending the day in VR.

I said it recently but again I would love to meet you in Altspace VR Jason! You could give a VR talk or something while we all fly around like we're in a shared lucid dream.

I used a VR headset for the first time the other day and was pretty blown away. I can only imagine what it’s going to be like in another decade.

Anyone want to do a joint venture to put 100, 000 high performance computers with VR and AR headsets around the world and host smart future hackathons in every language until we have a universal language translator and can facilitate the first trustable global referendums some time in the future?
