I bought 20 broken Dymo Omega Label Makers off eBay for £4.99! How many can I fix?

In this video, I've foolishly bought some more faulty crap off eBay and I'm going to try and fix it.

This time, 20 Dymo Omega Embossing Label Makers! Apparently, they all don't work, so let's see how many I can get working...

I had one and it stopped working. I tried to return it with my reciept, but was told go to the manufacturer as 60 days had elapsed since sale, plus it wasn't quite a tenner. Disappointing. It turns out to be a simple fix and is working again. Nice that there are people like yourself out there helping. Cheers

if they are not alined perfectly you don’t even have to unscrew them. you just have to adjust both rings so the one bigger part of the bottom ring is under the cutting symbol. newer once even have arrows printed on.

Thank you so much for this! I have been able to fix my troublesome labeller! I also noticed that mine has little arrows on the outside of each plate selector that line up when the plates are aligned. V obvious now, but I wouldn't have had to confidence to have a closer look without your video! :D

Greetings from Brazil. Thanks for the walkthrough. It helped me fix mine in a matter of minutes. It was just tiny cut tape pieces stuck between the discs. Love you channel, btw!

2 year ago, yes, but I don't woont to share my experience.
First, you can line-up the top and bottom dial without taking the thing apart.

Second, often the little tear-off part gets stuck between the dials, as you can see in this video. What I did, I removed the second cutter blade. Now it doesn't produce this little tear-off part and it cannot get stuck anywhere anymore.

Have you checked the arrows are lined up as that is the usual problem for not printing properly 👍

This product is literally not available outside Europe afaik. So that might be an opportunity to open up a market and become a reseller.

I just used it to label all my electrical plugs.
