The Lion Guard really captured everything of why I love The Lion King so much. Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny is an underrated spin-off. It had all the laughs and high energy of what made the film franchise a modern classic. Po's students steals every scene from him and it also launched Haley Tju's voice acting career who would voice Marcy in Amphibia.

I got a huge burst of nostalgia seeing these, and I absolutely love that Tangled the Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure is #1.

Some of those animated series are very nostalgic to me. I still remember watching them as a kid and loving every episode. I was born on mid-90s, so animated series from that decade and the first half of the 2000s are very dear to me. However, I can't deny that some of the newer animated series are actually great as well. "The Lion Guard" and the "Tangle" series were amazingly well-made, being able to perfectly integrate in the movies' lore, while also providing a great story and development with original characters.

These are some of my all time favorite movie spin off shows! I mean granted some of them didn't do as well as the movies that they were based on, But they were still fun to watch!

You forgot Timon and Pumbaa they started their own spin off in the 1990s before Lion Guard, that show the funny and the best, and don't forget the Trolls: the beat goes on its was awesome too.

i love the Lilo and Stich series. I loved how the chemistry of the cast in the films is still present in the series.

Aladdin's series was a big thing for me as a kid as it showed that life goes on. Happy Ever After isn't the end, you can still go and have fun, have adventures and do stuff. The spinoff shows had been absent for a few years before Tangled helped revive them, and teach a new generation that message, which I liked. Being active and getting stuck in in that series made Jasmine my favourite Disney Princess back then.

Disney weren't the only ones doing these, I also loved from the 90s the Animated Series (always capitalise it!) of Jumanji, Men in Black, Casper and The Mask.
