2023, and this performance is still as beautiful as it is astonishing. Superb.

The only one who truly understands how fucking awesome this is is the guy in the background with the afro. He gets it.

I never thought I’d be emotionally moved by a squishy piano but here I am

I think I've listened to this song over 50 times over the years, no exaggeration. I always come back to it when I need to recenter. Thank you Marco!

I don't care what anybody says...Purple Rain has to be one of the best songs ever written. There's so much freaking power and emotion in that song, if it's done right, it's unspeakable. Gotta admit, brought them tears a little...

The various loops and times are as follows:
2:58 Loop 1 - Guitar
3:47 Loop 2 - Piano
4:35 Loop 3 - Synth
5:23 Loop 4 - Bass
6:11 Loop 5 - Drums
7:15 Solo Guitar
A masterful tribute Marco. R.I.P. Prince.

I always felt the underlying chord progression was the best part of the song. Prince’s version was a perfect classic pop/rock song and lives forever in that universe. But this arrangement highlights the inner beauty that was always there, and makes it into a classic itself. Two legends here - one who wrote it, and one who gave it a separate life. I am so grateful to have found this.

I've been playing guitar for 30 years and if I wasn't looking, I couldn't tell this wasn't played on a guitar. Closest to the real thing I've ever heard.

Cool hair. He's like the Kenny G of the squishy-piano.

It's June 2022 and this is absolutely the best rendition I've ever heard. And I've listened to Prince since 1978. Absolutely beautiful 💜💜💜💜

Not going to lie it sounded so damn good I cried a little. Prince was a large inspiration and to see this hardware and an amazingly talented musician behind it play it so damn well just brought tears of joy to my eyes!
