They are uneducated but smart. They are orphans but the whole neighborhood is their family. Life treats them harshly but they survive. They are the ""gamols"" --- Jun Halo (Herbert Bautista), Susan Salisi (Gelli de Belen), Peping Finger (Dennis Padilla), Ambong Dila (Andrew E), Ben Kalikot (Ogie Alcasid), Oyong Bukas (Anjo Yllana), May Sikwat (Ruby Rodriguez). Although the gamols are constantly in trouble, they only do petty crimes. This encourages Sgt. Dimabili (Jimmy Santos) to believe they could still reform these wards. But the straight Sgt. Dimabili runs afoul of Madonna's (Carmi Martin) drug syndicate and an attempt is made on his life. The gamols rescue their mentor and spirit him to faith healer Mang Kulas (Dennis Padilla). When Sgt. Dimabili is fully recovered, he vows revenge. The gamols volunteer to help him and train in military weapons and tactics. Would the street smart group be able to defeat Madonna's syndicate and bring them to justice?
