The fact that Ganondorf took over the entirety of Hyrule and not only killed the Champions as well as King Rhoam, but also fatally injured Link in a matter of hours is terrifying. Bro did this while being sealed underground. Calamity Ganon and the 5 other Blights (Yes, Dark Beast Ganon is a Blight) were just vessels of Ganondorf's power.

The only weird thing is the fact that they fought Ganondorf and Calamity Ganon at almost the same time with a different Link (I haven't played yet but I still haven't seen a cutscene with the "ancient" Hero)

The title of dark beast tells you that too “Hate and malice incarnate” infers that it’s a manifestation of ganon’s power and not Ganon himself

Also that ganondorf was the first one, from probably thouaands of years before totk, and every 100 years a gerudo male (a ganon) is born so there would have been LOTS of ganondorfs during that time.

Another exclamation can actually come the second game in the series. In that one, Link already saved the Zelda of the first game, but Impa tells him another Zelda was locked away in a magical slumber for years. This Zelda predated the LoZ 1 Zelda, and yet still reincarnated. It could be that if one of the Trio is placed in a non-divine slumber, their spirit reincarnates as per usual.
