We have a very similar thing in Scotland, we call them “boy racers” but rather than using motorcycles they use cars (still modified though). They’re typically *very* inexperienced drivers though

Yeah these annoying people are common in the UK as well, waking people up at night, doing wheelies while filtering through traffic (sometimes becoming a headline and meatchalk in doing so) and going well over the speed limit.

same bozos in Malaysia as well. We call them "Mat Rempit" who always full throttle throughout neighbourhood being loud and obnoxious in the midnight.
