this hero is so broken.. many people will be even more frustrated now.. saw one report and Angelica there had normal stats of original hero but tag at her image at report was not from limitless, but from old version of general. with 3 stars.. what does it mean?

hello cat! can you compare angelica to olly in SVS mode? because olly activates his on a later stage and hes meant for FF fights. my olly is maxed but my angelica is level 4 only (same as your case)
